SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That We, o. S.
KICKLITER, JAMES B. WILSON, HOMER MERCER and CATHERINE
THOMAS, the owners and holders of a certain mortgage deed
executed by GEORGE "E. GUETTLER, a single adult; CECILIA R.
GUETTLER, a single adult; and NORBERT J. GUETTLER and PAT-
RICrA E. GUETTLER, his wife, to O. S. KICKLITER, HOMER
MERCER and CATHERINE THOMAS, bearing date the 25th day of
March A. D. 1959, recorded in Mortgage Book 154, page 417,
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, securing a certain note in the
principal S~~ of THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIX and
00/100 ($34,506.00) DOLLARS, and cert:d,n promises and ob1ig-
ations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property
situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW~ of SW~
thence South 300 feet; thence East to St. Lucie River;
thence North along said River to a point directly East
of place of beginning; thence West to place of beginning;
all in Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
containing 11 acres, more or less;
The South 26q feet of NW~ of SW~ and that piece of land
abutting same on East to St. Lucie River, containing
11.~0 acres, more or less, in Section 4, Township 36
South, Range 40 East;
The East One Half of the South 263 feet of NEt of SE~
of Section 5, Township 36 South, ~ange 40 East, con-
taining 4.065 acre~, more or less.
Beginning at a point 268 feet, North from Southwest
corner of NW~ of SW~ running thence North 375 feet;
thence East to the St. Lucie River; thence South-
easterly meanderin& said River to a point directly
East of place of beginning; and thence West to place
of beginning, being part and parcel of the SWt of
Section 4 Township 36 South, Range 40 East, contain-
ing 12 acres, more or less.
