FINAL DECREE CONFORMING TO MANDATE
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of October, 1959, a Final Decree
was entered in the above entitled cause from which Decree the
Plaintiff, on the 19th day of July, 196~, perf0cted an Appeal to
the !)istri ct Court of Appeal of Florida" Second District, and
WHEREAS, said Apnellate Court, after consideration of the
~riefs of the oarties and oral argument of counsel, on the 2nd
day of June, 19~1, filed its Opinion wherein it was held that "it
was error to reform the instrument and gran~ s~ecific performance
of only a nortion of the lands described in the option", the
validitv of which was the subject of said Appeal, and that "this
cause mu~t therefore he reversed for further rroceedings not in-
consi3tent with the views set forth", thereafter said Court issued
11 3 !~andate.
