KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, COWLES MAGAzINES. INC.. an Iowa corporation, by Indenture of
Mortgage dated the 3rd day of May, A. D. 1956. and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie. State of Florida.
in Mortgage Book 126. Page 289.-granted and conveyed unto HENRY D. EPSTEIN, as
. trustee, his heirs. legal representatives and assigns. the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the SUID of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY
THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO ~lD 67/100 ($473,722.67). with interest
as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, THE SAID GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C<RORATION, a Delaware corporation,
~ present owner of the property referred to in the above mortgage, requested the said
HENRY D. EPSTEIN, as Trustee, to release the premises hereinafter described, being part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

_ NOW. THEREFORE. KNOW YE, That the said HENRY D. EPSTEIN, as Trustee, as well
in-consideLation of the premises as of the sum of TEN AND NO/loo ($10.00). DOLLARS. to
him in hand paid by the said GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation.
at the time of execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. does
hereby remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation
of said mortgage. unto the said GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
its successors and assignq, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said .mortgage, to wit:
The South 1034.02 feet of the North 1715.46 feet of the East
842.54 feet of the West 1327.60 feet of the Northwest One-
Quarter of Section 28, Township 36 South. Range 40 East.
St. Lucie County, Florida, containing 20.00 acres more or
less.
TO HAVE AND TO H~LD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors and assigns, forever. freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof,; Provided,
always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair. alter or
--diminish the effect. lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
of the holder hereof.
