BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, dUl, authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
HYBER~ ~. WILLJAMSOK, who, after being by me first 6uly sworn, de-
poses and says: That my ~e is HYBERT J. WILLJAMSON, that affiant
filed an Affidavit on the 16th day of July, 1941, in the public
records of st. Lucie County, Florida, recorded in Deed Book 136,
at page 361, with respect to the following described property:
Lots 38, 39, 52, 54, 55, 56, 51 and 12
FAIRVlEW PARK SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 4,
Page 29.
Affiant further states that affiant and his wife,
JEANETTE K. WILLIAMSON, executed a Quit Claim Deed, which was re-
corded on November 7, 1952, in Deed Book 111, at page 191 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the interest
claimed by affiant in and to the above-described property was
quit claimed and re1~ased to JAY D. JACOBUS and ETHYLE K. JACOBUS, his
wife, and CARL A. KNISELY and MARIE C . KNISELY, his wife, the owners
and holders of record title. Affiant further states that it was the
intention of affiant and his wife, when they executed the afore-
mentioned Deed, that the said Quit Claim Deed would act as a re-
lease to the respective Grantees named in the aforementioned Quit
Claim Deed, as to the Lots by them, respectively, owned.
Affiant sayeth nothing further.
