KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, ,WILLIAM
MARGARET J. KELLEY, his wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida, First
Parties, for ,and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations to us paid by ARCH
WINGfIELD, JR., of St. Lucie County, Florida, Second Party, do
hereby sell, transfer, assign and set over unto the said Second
Party that certain easement and ~ll our rightl interest, title
and equity in and to said easement over the following described
- land, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows,
to-wit:
The South 30 Feet of the SE~ of the NEt of
the SW* of Section 17, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, EXCEPTING THEREFROM all
rights of way for public roads and dDinage
canals,
which said easement was made and executed by WILLIAM H. ROGERS and
ELIZABETH ROGERS, his wife, as vendors to us and bears date the
16th day of September, 1959, as recorded in Deed Book 251 at page
595 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Second Party, his heirs,
