1960, and is recorded in Deed Book 263 page 552, public records
of St. Lucie County,.Plorida.
To have and to hold the same unto the .eCDnd parties,
their heirs, executors, administrators and a.tgn.; subject, never-
theless, to the covenants, stipulations, con4Sitions and payments
therein mentioned.
The first parties further agree tht upon performance of
the contract, the second parties will receive 'a aerchantable fee
simple title of record.
The first parties fully authorize and empower the second

conditions to demand and receive of the vendor the deed covenanted
and agreed to be given in said contract in the same manner, to all
