TIDS WARRANTY DEED. Made the 14th day of April. A. D,
1961, by CAROL JEAN NEILL, fc,rmcrly Carol Jean Parker, joined by
-her husband,' KENNETH L. NEILL. and OTIS R. PARKER III and
CHARLENE PARKER, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to
OTIS R. PARKER, JR., whose postoffice address is p, O. Box 231,
_Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:

and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10,00 and other valuable considerations. receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged. hereby grants. bargains, sells, aliens. remises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County. Florida. viz:

and.
North Half of South Half of Southeast Quarter of North-
west Quarter (Nl of Slof SEt of NWt). excepting there-
from all rights of way for dt'ainage canals and public roads,
and all rights of way reserved by the Florida East Coast
Realty Company as shown on file in Plat Book 2. Page 7.

from all rights of way for drainage canals and public roads,
