DIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF ST, LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE S39012'1911E
FOR A DISTANCE or 2.53 PEBT TO A POINT ON THE WEST RIGHT OF
WAY OF OKEBCHOBEE roAD; TH&.-fCE RUN N50041'41"E ALONG THE WEST
RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OKEBCHOBEE OOAD A DISTANCE OF 65.30 FEE'!'

Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this Ordi-
nance. the following described property, to-wit:

Tucker Terrace Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4 at
Page 54 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
run thenco S39012119"E for a distance of 2.53 feet to a point
on the West r1ght of way of Okeechobae Road; thence run
N50041141"E along the West right of way line of Okeechobee
Road a distance of 65.30 feet to a point; thence N23042119"W ,.
for a distance of 62.91 feet to a point on the boundary line
of said Lot 30, thence Southerly along the arc of a Circular
curve having a radius of 125 feet a distance of 103.52 feet
to point of beginning;
and
Begin at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 3, Block 1,
Tucker Terrace Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4 at
Page 54 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
