hereinafter collectively called the ~r.
WITNESSETH
The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy the following des-
cribed property upon the terms and conditions herein~ter set torth.
LOT (S)
Lot 7, Block 2
of CORAL COVE BF..ACH, 1st Section, a Subdi visi(\n in St. Lucie
County, Florida, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11 ,
Pa{!:e )0 A&B of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
1. Purchase price: Two Thousand. Seven Hundred Fifty ____ Dollars
Terms and conditions of sale:
A) A deposit of S 650.00 is paid by the ~r,
a receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the Seller.
B) The balance shall be payable as follows: The_.'PalliPce of ~2,lOOAOO
shall be made 1n 60 equal payments of $40.60 wh1ch 1ncludes
principal and 6% 1nterest. The first payment will be due and
oavable on the 20th day Qf June. 1959 Ann the 20th nAY nr each
succeeding month until balance is paid in full.
2, Payments shall be made at the office of the Seller whose mailing address
is 3900 North Federal High-tray, Panpano Beach, Florida.
3. Upon the payment of the full purchase price, the Seller will deliver
to the Buyer a general warranty deed, free and clear of all encumbrances
excepting taxes for the year of closing, and the Reservations and Re-
strictive Covenants placed by the Seller in the Subdivision and any amend-
ments thereto that may be subsequently recorded by the Subdivider, and
easements, limitations, and conditions of record.
4. Buyer agrees to pay all taxes after date of execution of the Contract pro-
rated as to the date of execution of this Contract. It is understood that
tax bills are mailed in November of eac h year, retroacti ve to January ot
the sarne year.
