from St. Lucie River Land Company, a Florida corporation,
to General Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation
authorized to transact business in Florida, dated July 30,
1960, and recorded in Deed Book 260 at page 600 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, by which deed the fore-
going properties were erroneously conveyed by st, Lucie River
Lar.d Company to General Development Corporation.
In witness whereof GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has
caused this Disclaimer to be signed in its name by its Executive Vice
President and attested by its Secretary and its corporate
