MORTGAGE DEED
THIS MORTGAGE DEED. executed this lOth day of August,
A. D. 19tH, by HOWARD YOUREE, hereinafter called the mortgagor.
to JOHN J, KEARNEY. hereinafter called the mortgagee.
WITNESSETH: That for good and valuable considerations. and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note
of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor hereby
grants, bargains. sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto
the mortgagee all the certain land of which the mortgagor is now seized
and is possession in St. Lucie County. Florida. vb:
All the West one-half of Section 33, Township 34
South, Range 38 East. less and eXcf;pt therefrom
the North 80 acres thereof.
ALSO: That part of the East one-half of said Sec-
tion 33, Township 34 South, Range 38 East, less
the North 1306.3 feet thereof, lying West of the
East line of that certain graded dirt road which
roadway has been surveyed by R. D. Carter En-
gineering Firm. Inc c. engineers and surveyors
of Vero Beach, Florida. to follow a line beginning
on the South section line 494.57 feet East of the
south one-quarter corne,r of said Section, with a
back angle from said one-quarter corner run
North, 90 deg. -33 min. a distance of 323.70
feet to a hub; thence on an angle of deflection to
the left 6f 18 deg. -24 min, -30 sec,. run a dis-
tance of 983, 36 feet to a hub; thence with an angle
of deflection to the right of 16 deg. -04 min. run
1392.09 feet to a point on the East-West one-quar-
ter line, measuring 138.3 feet East of the center
, of the section; thence continuing on the last course
to a point on the North lir.~ of said section measur-
ing 41 feet East of the North one-quarter corner,
and being the northerly terminus of the described
