SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED

THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED made the~day of
August A. D, 1961, by JOHN J. KEARNEY, joined by
his wife, ANNE M, KEARNEY, of St. Lucie County, Florida, berein-
after called the Grantor, to HOWARD YOUREE, whose mailing address
is c 10 Tennessee Carolina Transportation, Inc., 905 Mile End Avenue,
Nashville 7, Tennessee, ~__ :.einafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable conaiderationa, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain
land situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida, viz:
That part of the East one-half of Section 33, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 38 East, lying West of the
