28, 1880, recorded in,Deed Book 258, pale 879.
2. The reservation unto L. R. Becker, et
we, of an undiVlded one-half interest i.J;l. and to all.
the oil, pa and other minerala .. set forth by deed
to Kenneth L. Jackllon and Jennie E, Jackson, his
wife, bearing date of March 21, 1957, recorded in
Deed Book 225, page 568.
3. The technical lien of taxes for the cur-
rent year.
TOGETHER WITH all thetenementa, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
T~ HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and des-
cribed premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, hill heirs
and assigns, to his own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said grantor, for themselves and for their heirs,
executors and administrators, do covenant, promise and agree to and
with the said Grant.ee. his heirs and assigns, that the said Grantee, at
the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents, is lawfully
seized of and in all and singular the above granted, bargained and d€s-
cribed premises, with the appurtenances, and has good right, full
