1. The temporary easement granted Central
and Southern Florida Flood Control District by
Kenneth L. Jackson, et ux bearing date of April 28,
1960, recorded in Deed Book 258, page 679.
2. The easement for waterway comprehending
the use of the West 50 feet 'of said Section 33 granted
by L. R. Becker and Margaret Vercoe Becker, biB
wHe, to Be N. Belcher by instrument ~ted July 17,
19<<, recorded in Deed Book 114, page 381.
3. The reservation unto L. R. Becker, et ux of
an undivided one-half interest in aDd to all the oU,
gas and other minerala .. set forth by deed to Kenneth
L. Jackson and Jennie E. Jackaon, hia wile, bearing
date of March 21, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 225,
