PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, ARTHUR C. THOMAS and IRMA E. THOMAS, hiS wife,
hereinafter referred to as the Mort9890rs, by Indenture of Mortgaqe bearing

Circuit Court in aifd for the County of st. LuCie, State of F"lorida, in Mortgaqe
Book 102, Page 5lJ, granted and conveyed lDlto R.. E. BEWLEY and OZELLA
ESTELLE BEWLEY, his wife, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagees, and
their assigns,. the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment
of the sum of Twenty Thousand ($20,000. OO)Dollars, with interest as therein
mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said Hortgaqors have requested the said Mortgagees
to release th€. premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged
premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagors, in consideration of
the premises and of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said Mortgagors at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby 9.cknowledqed, do remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Mortgagors, their heirs and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by
said Mortgage, more particularly described as follows:
All of the land described in said mortgage except the following described
parcel: .
start at the Northwesterly corner of said parcel of land; thence r\Dl
&:>utheasterly 200 feet along the shore of St. Lucie River; thence run
Northeasterly parallel with the Northwesterly property Une to the Martin
County line; thence run North to the Northeast corner of Section 25,
Township 37 South, Ranqe 40 East; thence r\Dl &:>uthwesterly along the
Northwesterly line to the place and point of beq1nn1nq.
