BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized
to administer oaths and take aoknOwledgments, personally appeared

ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the Cirouit Court, St. Luoie County,
Florida, who after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath, de-
poses and says: That my name is ROGER POITRAS, that affiant is
the Clerk of the Cirouit Court of st. Luoie County~ Florida~ and
as such~ is the oustodian of all of the publio records of st.
Lucie County~ Florida. Affiant is familiar with the fact that
FLORIDA HOMESITES~ INC., oonveyed several pieoes of property
in HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION~ using a printed Det:j indicating
the said Subdivision to be platted in Plat Book 8, at page 36,
of the public reoords of St. ~cie County~ Florida. One of the
said Deeds being recorded in Deed Book 142, at page 323 of the
public reoords of st. Lucie County~ Florida, pertaining to the
above desoribed property. Affiant further states that the oorrect
Plat Book and page number of Harmony Heights Addition is aotually
Plat Book 8~ page 38. Affiant further states that although
there are three other SUbdivisions in whioh the name HARMONY
HEIGHTS ADDITION appearll~ being HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION NO.2,
recorded in Plat Book 8~ pace 5l~ HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION NO. 3~
being reoorded in Plat Book 9 ~ page 46 ~ and HARJItONY HEIGHTS
ADDITION NO.4. being reoorded in Plat Book 9, at page 7l~ only
HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION reoorded in Plat Book 8~ at pas. 38.
