1961, between W. R. GOODWIN and CHARLENE S. GOODWIN, husband
and wife, parties of the first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a muni-
cipal corporation of the State of Florida, party of the second part,

, . WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and

in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable

considerations to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and
sold, and by these present~ do grant, bargain and sell to the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and
right of way over, upon and across the Westerly three (3) feet, and a
temporary construction easement over, upon and across the Easterly
seven (7) feet of the Westerly ten (10) feet, of the following described
land, lying and being in St, Lu("~e County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 10 and 21, Block 20, Pinewood Sub-
division, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 5, Page 24, public records of 51.
Lucie County, Florida
That the construction easement over, upon and across the Easterly
seven (7) feet of the Westerly ten (10) feet of said land as hereinabove
described is for a term to and including June 30, 1962 at which time said
construction easement shall terminate,
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and assigns,
a right of way and perpetual easement in and to said lands for storm sewer
