Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JAMES W. PIOWATY, who upon being duly sworn, doth depose and say:
1. That he executed.that 'certain contract dated June 2nd,
1961 between himself and Walter Doane Randall and Ruth Brown
Randall, his wife, a copy of said contract being attached hereto
and by ~eferen~e made a part hereof.

Wal ter Doane Randall and Ruth Brown Randall, his wife, embranes
that certain property lying st. Lucie County, Plorida, ana being
more particularly described ae follows, to-wit:

Range 38 East. Aleo the West 3/4 of Section
34, Township 34 South, Range 38 East.
