ARTICLES CF AGREEt-ENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered Into thl.j~~ ot Augu.t,
1961, by and between JOHN O. GILBERT, a .ingle adult, herelnatter
called the party of the tir.t part, and LOUISE BANKS, a .ingle
adult, hereinafter called the party of the .econd part,
WIT N E SSE T H:
THAT if the said party of the second part .hall first make
the payments and pertor. the covenants hereinafter mentioned on
her'part to ~e ..d. and performed, the said party of the first
part hereby covenants and agre.s to convey and as.ure to the
said party of the second part, and her heir., executor., admin-

and the party of the second part hereby covenant. and agree. to
pay to the said party of the first part, as consideration there-
for, the sum of FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/lOOTH ($5,000.00) DOLLARS

The total consideration of 15,000.00
shall be paid in m~~thly installments
of $60.00 on the 1A',Litc1ay of ~ptember

and every succeeding mon thereafter ,
until the whole SUM named, plus interest
has been paid in tull. Each monthly
payment shall be applied first on
interest and then on the unpaid princi-
pal balance; with interest from the

the unpaid balance. Two or more pay-
ments may be made at any time by the
party of the second part on any install-
ment due date.

1. To pay all taxes, assessment., or imposition. that may be
legally levied or imposed upon said land subsequent to the 31st
of December, 1960.
