GILBERT, a .ingle adult, hereinafter ARTICLES rI AGREEKHT called the party or the flrs~ part, and RUFUS C. SHEPPARD and EDNA S. SHEPPARD, hi. vife, hereinafter called the parties of the second par t, WITNESSETH: . , THAT if the said partie. of the second part shall first make the payments and perform the covenant. hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey a net as.ure to the said parties of the second part and their heirs, executors, ad- ministrator., or a.signs, in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following described property, together with all improve ments thereon lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: The West 85 feet of Lots 11 and 12, of Block "E" of ALAPANDA VISTA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereot on file in Plat Book 5 at Page 49, of the Public Records of st. Lucie County, Flor Ida. And the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to the said party of the first part, as consideration there- 'I for, the sum ot NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AN:> NO/lOO I I ($9,650.00) DOLLARS in the manner following: I $650.00 downpayment, the receipt whereof i. hereby acknowledged, and the then unpaid balance of $9,000.00 to be paid ~ monthly installments of $90.00 on the 13-day,~f September, 1961 and $90.00 on tni J~ day of each succeeding month thereafter unITl the whole sum named, plus interest has been paid in full. Each monthly payment shall be applied first on interest and then on the unpaid principal balance; with interest fro~ the date hereof at the r~te of Seven Percent (7%) per annum on the unpaid balance. Two or more payments may be made at any time by the parties of the second part on any Installment due date. And the parties ot the second part further covenant and agre as to llov.: 1.
