and interest in said Mortgage to EDWARD MILLER AND LOUISE MILLER who are now the
sole owners of said Mortgage, and

the present owner of the property referred to in the above mortgage, requested the
said EDWARD MILLER AND LOUISE MILLER, his wife, to release the premises hereinafter
described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
