ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
MADE this Lday of Augus.t A. D. 1961, between
FRANK W. LOLL and LUCILLE G. LOLL, his wife, parties of the first
part, and AffiERT B. WHEELER and BARBARA J. WHEELER, his wife,
of 5200 Juanita Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the
second part,

That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
-
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of' the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the
said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, adminis-
trators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances
whatever, by a good and sufficient Deed, the lot, piece or parcel
of land, situate in the County of St. Lucie, St~te of Florida,
known and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block L of HARMONY HEIGHTS
ADDITION, as per plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 8, at-page 38
of the public records of st. Lucie
County, Florida.
and the said parties Jf the second part hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of FIVE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($5,250.00), with interest
from date at the rate of 6.6~ per annum, as follows:
THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($350.00)
upon the signing of this Agreement,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged;
FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) on the 8th day
of September, 1961, and $50.00 on the
8th day of each succeeding month there-
after until the principal balance of
this contract has been reduced to the
sum of $2,500.00.
When the principal balanoe of this Con-
~ract has been reduoed to $2,500.00,
first parties hereby agree to convey,
by a good and sufficient Warranty Deed,
the aforementioned property to seoond
parties, and second parties hereby agree
