has bargained and sold and by these presents does sell, grant and convey unto Transferee, his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns all right, title and interest of Transferror in and to the said vehicle subject, how-

promises to promptly pay, perform and discharge, Transferee acknowledges that he has read and fully under-

Transferror agrees that he shall be and remain jointly and severally liable to Associates to pay according
