ART ICLES OF AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered int.o lbi s a~ay of
August, 1961, by and between JOHN o. GILBERT, a single adult,
hereinafter called the party of the first part, and HENRY PARISH
and FLORENCE PARISH, his wife, hereinafter called the parties
i of the Second part,
WIT N E SSE T H:
THAT if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the paymants and perform the covenants hereinafter mentloned
on their part to be made and performed, the said party of the
first part. hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure to
the said parties of the second part, and their heirs, executor.,
administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good and suffic-
ient deed, the following described property, together with all
improvements thereon lying, being and situate in st. Lucie Count
Flor ida, to-wit:

HEIGHTS ADDITION, as per plat thereof
recorded ill PIa t Book to Page 42, of the
Public Records of st. Lucie County,
Florida.
and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the said party ot the first part, as consideration
therefor, the sum of EIGHT mOUSA.ND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/lOO
($8,2$0.00) DOLLARS in the manner following:
$600.00 downpayment, the receipt whereof
Is hereby acknowledged, and the then un-
paid balance of $7,6$0.00 to be paid in
mOjthlY install.ents of $17.00 on the
~day of September 1961 and $17.00 on the
. ay of each and every succeeding month
ereafter, until the whole sua n..ed,

monthly payment shall be applied first on
