MORTMGE TillS MORTGAGE made this 31st day of 'July , 1961, between: ATLANTIC BROADCASTING CO., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and having its principal office and place of business at Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter called Mortgagor, and GENE T. DYER and EVELYN M. DYER, his wife of Stuart, County of Martin, State of Florida, hereinaf~er called Mortgagees.
