TillS MORTGAGE made this 31st day of

between: ATLANTIC BROADCASTING CO., a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and having its principal office
and place of business at Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter called Mortgagor,
and GENE T. DYER and EVELYN M. DYER, his wife of Stuart, County of
Martin, State of Florida, hereinaf~er called Mortgagees.
WITNESSETH: That the Mortgagor, in consideration of th:; aggregate
sum specified in the promissory note hereinafter described, to the Mortgagor
paid by the Mortgagees, the receipt of which is hereby acknowiedged, has
granted, bargained and sold, aliened, remised, released, transferred,
conveyed and confirmed, and by this mortgage does grant, bargain and sell,
alien, remise, release, transfer, convey and confirm to the Mortgagees,
the heirs and assigns of the Mortgagees in fee simple forever, the following
described land situate in ST. LUCIE County, Florida:
BEGINNING on the North boundary line of the S 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 6, Township ~4 South, Range 40 East, at a
point 369.56 feet East from the NW ccrner of said S 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, said point being 100 feet Westerly from
(when measured at right angles to) the survey line of State
Road No.5; thence run South 18 degrees 21 minutes 34 seconds
East 500 feet along a line 100 feet Westerly of and part:lllel
to said survey line; thence turn and run Southwesterly
512.7 feet, more or less, which point is 500 feet South of
the NW corner of S 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4, to the West line of the E 1/2
of the SE 1/4 of said Section; thence North 500 feet to the NW
corner of the S 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence run East along
the North line of the Sl/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 to the point of
