Northwest Quarter' (NW 1/4). and the West 30 feet of the East
1155. 96 feet of the North 300 feet of the South 340 feet of
the North Quarter (N 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of
Section 36, 1'ownship 42 South, Range 42 East, Palm Beach
County, Florida
SUBJECT to an easement and right of way for all purposes
of ingress, egress and travel on and over that certain
part of the land mortgaged to the mortgagees herein de-
scribed as follows. to-wit:
The West 30 feet of the East 1155.96 feet of the North
270 feet of the South 610 feet of the North Quarter (N 1/4j
of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 36, Township
42 South, Range 42 East, Palm Beach County, Florida
SUBJECT to any easements, restrictions, limitations and
condition~ of record
TOGETHER with all articles of personal property described
in Schedul~ A attached hereto and made a part hereof
IT IS INTENDED TO DESCRffiE AND MORTGAGE the same lands,
premises and personal property as were conveyed and
transferred by the mortgagees herein to the mort gagor
herein by deeds and bill of sale delivered simultaneously
herewith, this mortgage having been given to secure
payment of a portion of the purchase price of said property.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances,
with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and right of
dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Mortgagees: the heirs
and assigns of the Mortgagees in fee simple forever subject to the provisions,
hereinafter contained.
AND THE MORTGAGOR DOES HEREBY COVENANT with the Mortgagees
that the Mortgagor is lawfully seized of those premises, that they are free of
all encumbrances and that the Mortgagor has good right and lawful authority
to sell or mortgage the same; the Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the
title to that land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except that it is mutually agreed by and hetween the
parties hereto that the warranty and other covenants of title set forth above,
