Comes now WHITE CITY IMPROVBMID1T CLUB, a Florida non-profit
corporation, by and thrcagh it.. undersigned attorney, J. M. SAMPLB
and shows unto the Court that s..id corporation was incorporated
as a non-profit corporation in 1904, and that. under the Charter
granted said corpor.ation the amount of real pJ:operty that could
be owned by the corporation was restricted to '500.00 with the
approval of the Circuit Judge 1 that since the grant.ing of the
Charter and the acquisition of its property, the valuations of
said property has increased to exce~d the l~itation placed upon
it by its Charter, and that it is now desirous of obtaining the --
approval of the Court for the corporation to hold property in its
own name and the value not to exceed 850,000.00.
WlDUUU'~, your Petitioner moves the Court to approve the
holding of real estate in the name of the Corporation of a valua-
tion not. to exceed 850,000.00 and to signify said approval by the
Court' s signature on this Petition, and that sald approval direct
that the Petitfon be filed and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit COurt of st. Lucie County, Plorida.
