That in con8ideration of the sum 01 ONE DOLLAR AID OTHER
VALUAB~ CONSIDERATIONS, exchanged between the parties hereto,
the rf'!ceipt ot which is hereby acknowledged, it i8 thereupon
agreed between the parties hereto as follows, to-wita
1. That the parties of the first part hereby transfer
and deposit with the EBcrow Agent, &B collateral seourity

at page 297 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, lPlorida, in the original principal amount
of $3,200.00.
b. That certain mortgage dated March 3rd, 1961
and reoorded March 7th, 1961 in Oftio. Rec. Book
5 at page 325 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in the original principal amount
of $3,338.98f

and recorded June 13th, 1961 in Offic.Recf Book
12, at page 199 of the public records of St.Lucie
County, llorida, in the original principal amount
of 33,000.00.
d. That certain mortgage bearing date July 19th,
1960 and recorded July 25th, 1960 in Kortgage Book
167 at page 5 of the public records ot St. Lucie
County, Plorida, in the original prinoipal amount
of $3,537.60.
e. That certain mortgage dated April 20, 1960
and recorded Kay 13th, 1960 in Kortgage Book 165
at page 312 ot the public records of St. Lu~ie
County, J!ilorida,in the original principal Ulount
of $3,200fOO.
