charged thereby, the full amount of all sums secured by and/or
due under the same. It is further understood and agreed that
in the event aaid above described premises are abandoned by
the State and cease to be used for highway construction and
maintenance purposes that in such,event the 13ubord1nation of
said encumbrance shall terminate in and to such portion aban-
doned and no longer used as aforesaid, and the encumbrance
become of the same status with reference to such abandoned
portion as it the subordination had never ueen made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Administrator of Veterans
Affairs has caused these presents to be executed in his name
on the 15th day of Au~st " A. D. 1961, by
his Attorney-in-Fact, hereunto uly authorized under Power of
Attorney and D~legatlon or Authority dated February 10, 1961,
and recorded in Official Records Book 8, at Page 656, of the
public records of .St. Lucie County, Florida.
