Now therefore, in consideration of the premises and the receipt of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, to them in hand paid by the
Feet Pierce Port and Terminal Company, a Florida Corporation, the said
trustees do remise, relfW!se, quite claim, exonerate and discharve from
the lien of the mortgaQes referred to in the Mortgage Extension Aqreement
recited above, unto the Fort Pierce Port and Terminal Company, its succes-
