Public Record~, said monument being at the intersection of the
South line of Avenue 'G' (Norway Place) and the West line of
North Second Street in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, run -
thence North 88 deg. -041 min. East, 46.8 feet to an iron pipe
on the East line of North Second Street; thence run North 14 deg.
57! min. West, 50.11 feet to a point.. thence North 10 deg. -oot
min. West 143.09 feet to a point, which is the Southwest corner
of Gulf 011 Co. property; thence South 87 deg. -26t min. E..t~,80.5
feet to the point of beginning, which is the Southeast corner of
