THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the 25th day of August, A. D.

1961, by FORT PIERCE PORT & TERMINAL C~Y, a Corporation exist-
ing un~er the laws of the State of Florida, and having its princi-
pal place of business at Fort-Pierce, Flori~a, hereinafter called
the grantor, to B. G. ROBINSON and WILLIAM E. TULlEY
whose po~toffice address is P. O. Box 663, Fort Pierce, Florida
hereiDafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the &Um of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
Bellt~lien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the gr8n~ee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
From a concrete monument on the North line of the South 80
feet of Lot 14, ASSESSOR'S MAP OF THE NORTH PART OF FORT
PIERCE, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 164, St. Luoie Count ,
Florida, Public Records, said monument being at the inter-
section of the South line of Avenue 'G' (Norway place) and ~
the Vest line of NOl:"th Second Street in the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida, run thence North 88 deg.-04t min. East,
46.8 feet to an iron pipe on the East line of North Second
Street; thence run North 14 deg. 57! min. West, 50.11 feet
to a point; then~ North 10 deg. -oot min. West, 143.09
feet to a point, which is th~ Southwest corner of Gulf oil
Co. property; thence South 87 deg. -261 min. East, 80.5
feet to the point of beginning, which is the Southeast
corner of Gulf Oil Co. property.
From said point of beginning continue South 87 deg. -26t
min. East, approximately 90 feet to the Westerly right-of-
way line of Indian River Drive as shown on INDIAN RIVER
MEMORIAL PARK PLAT recorded in Plat Book 10, page ~ St.
Lucie County, FlorIda, Pl1blic Records; thence on a cIrcular
curve concave to the East, having a radius of 368.47 feet,
run a di~tance of approximately 80 feet on said right-of-
way line; thence on a circular curve, radius 20 feet concave
to the West, run 31..42 feet to the South right-of-way line
of Seaway Drive; thence North 88 deg. -45! min. West along
the South line of Seaway Drive 62.37 feet to a point; thence
South 1 deg.-l4j min. West, 100 feet to the point of begin-

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ance. thereto belonging or in anywise appertaL"1ing.
TO HAVE AND TO HOlD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor-hereby covenants with said grantee that it is
lawfully seized of said. land in fee simple; that it haa good right
