WHERFAS, the st. Lucie County Planning and ZoninQ Commi..ion,
after holdinq publio hearing. of 'whioh due notice was published
at least ten days prior to said hearinqa and all property owners
within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearings, ha~ reooa-
.ended to the Board of County Commis.ior-era of st. Luoie County,
that the hereinafter described reque.t for change in zoning claa.i-
fioation be granted, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commis.ioners held a public
hearing on said recommendations on the 23rd day of August, 1961,
after first publishing a notioe of said hearing in the Fort Pierce
