corporation, did on June IS, 1961 execute and deliver unto THE

tion, a first mortgage upon the lands referred to herein conditioned
for and to secure the payment of t,he principal SUID of $1,200,000.00,
which said mortgage was recorded on June 16, 1961 in Official Records
Book 12 at page 306 of "the public records of st. Lucie County, Florida,
and
WHER.EAS, fIRST t-m1bAGECCltP<RATION OF FL<JUDA has agreed
to execute and deliver unto EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF WINTER H~VEN,
a National banking corporation, of Winter Haven, Florida, upo~ said
real estate and the 1961-1962 ci trus crop now located thereon" and
WHEREAS, PI~T MORTGAGE CORPORATION OP FLORIDA has requested
THE CONNOCrICl1I' MtTrUAL LIFB INSURAlCB COMPANY to aUbordiJ?ate.' its

mortgage as to th~ 196~-1962 fruit crop thereon (but not as to said
mortgacc insofar as it affects the lands and premises),
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONNOCTICUT MUrUAL LIFE I~URAlCB
COMPANY, a,Connecticut corporation, in con&ideration of the premises
and the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations to it in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
bargain, consent, promise and agree to and with EXCHANGE NATIONAL
BANK OF WINTER HAVEN, a National banking corporation, of Winter
Haven, Florida, that the crop liEn to be given by PIRST MORTGAGE
CORPORATION OP FLORIDA, a Plorida corporation, to EXCH~E NATIONAL
BANK OF WINTER HAVEN, a National Banking corporation, of Winter
Haven, Florida, in the sum of $300,000.00, which becomes due on or
before July 1, 1963, snail be superior to any lien which THE CONNBCTI-

have upon said 1961-1962 citrus fruit crop now located on the lands
and premises described on Exhibit A hereto attached and which is
si tuate, lying and being in st. Lucie County, Florida.
