6. In every ease where this notice is required to be made. a receipt for the amount of the tax paid (if tax i. found
due the State of Florida) or a non-taxable certificate (if it is found no tax is due the State of Florida) is required to
be filed with the County Judge of the County in the State of Florida in which a domiciliar)' or ancillary administration
or probate proceedingg is pending before he is authori&ed to grant a discharge in the estate, and may be filed for record
in the oUke of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of any other county in Florida in whieh property of the estate is located.
