KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WILLIAM DOYLE
WHITE and CONSTANCE ANN WHITE. his wi.fe, pursuant to an Agree-
ment of Sale dated December 12, 1960, have this day sold and conveyed
by Warnlnty Deed to EDMUND BRANT and OOLORES B~~T, his wife,
that certain pr-operty lying and being sitllate in St.' Lucie County. Florida,
described as:
The NE1 of the SEt, excepting the refrom the West 330
feet thereof; the S1 of the SEt; all in Section 14. Town-
ship 34 South. Range 39 East; and
l'he Nt of the NEt of the NE~ and the North 230 feet of
the NWt of the NEt; all in Section 23, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East.
Excepting therefrom the fellowing descrihed tract, to-wit'
Beginning at the NE corner of the NE~ of the SEt of
Section 1 '" To~nship 34 South, Range 39 I<~a8t, run West
a distance of 80 feet; thence turn and run South to the
South right-of-way line of Lnddo Road fo;'point of beginning;
thence continue South a distance of 200 feet; thence turn and
run West a distance of 200 feet;. them:e turn andnm North
200 feet, more or less, to the South right-of-way line of
L'1.drio Road; thence turn and run East a:ong the South boundary
line of Indrio Road to the point of beginning.
