HA, as a part of the consideration for said sale, by their aforeuai<.i agreement, did ~ovenant and agree with the Buyers as followb: "ZONING--LIVESTOCK: . . The Sellers covenant and agree that they, their heirs and assigns, will not use or permit the use of their premises which are adjacent to the above described lands for an)' commercial poultry operation or for commercial dairy purposes, including graz ing of dairy ca.ttle or operation of Q dairy barn, and the Sellers further agree to join with and aid the Buyer, his nominees or assigns in any request that the Buyer, his nominees or assigns may make for rezoning the above described lands. DEDICATION OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY: ~ ~ Sellers hereby covenant and agree that in the event that Buye r, his successors or assigns, shall, within three (3) years from the date hereof: prepare and qualify for fiUng in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a plat of or including the East 345.5 feet of the West one-halt of the NEt of the SEt of Section 14, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, subdividing said tract into lots and blocks, and said plat layt3 out and dedicates a public road or street right-oi-way not less than 60 feet in width, the centerline of which is the West boundary of said tract, said ri.ght-of-way m.ay include not more than the East 35 feet of the West 330 feet of Baid wi of the NE;i of the SEi of said Section 14, Sellers, without compens&.lion therefor, shall join in the dedica- tion of said right-of-way for the sole purpose of dedicating said land for public right-of-way purposes and whkh dedication shall ill no manner obligate the Sellers to build, construct or mai.'1tain any public thoroughfare thereon.
