THIS W AHRAN'I'Y DEED Made the __-.2~_ day of September,
A. D. 1961, by WILLIAM D. WHITE and CONSTANCE A. WHITE,
a/k/a WILLIAM OOYLE WHITE and CONSTANCE ANN WHITE, his
wife, hereinafter called the grantors, to EDMUND BRANT and
DOLORES BRANT, his wife, whose post office address is 4452 North
Bay Road, Miami Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for a!1d in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grante, bargains, sells, aliens, I emises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantees, all. that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

The Nt of the NEi of the NEt and the North 230 feet

Excepting therefrom the fallowing parcels, to-wit:

(2) Beginning at the NE corner of said NEt of the
