That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted. bargained and sold to the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever, the
following described land in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:

Company.
