existing under and by virtue of the lawa of the State of Minnesota)
located at 1214 Title Insurance Building, Minneapolis, Minnesota,
party of the first part, and BRUNO E. LOW, residing at 66 Hawley
Street, Binghamton~ New York, and ANTHONY R. BE~NI, residing at
115 South Salina Street, Syracuse, New York, as tenants in common,
parties of the second part.

That the said party of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO) to it in hand paid by the said
parties of the second part, ths receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, furever, the fcllowing described land in
St. Lucie County. State of Florida. to-wit:

ments thereon.
and the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the
title to said land and will defend the same against the ls.wful claim,s
of all persons whatsoever. subject however, to a first mortgage in
favor of The Frankl~n Life Insurance Company and lease to J. C. Penny
Com.pany .
Grantor hereby represents and warrants to and with the
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that as of
