and encumbering lands in St. Lucie County in said mortgage particu-
larly described; and
WHEREAS, the said E. G. Skaggs ~nd Leora Skaggs, his wif.,
heretofore acknowledged full payment and satl.faction of their undivi-
ded one-half <t) interest in and to said mortgage by executing and
delivering a Partial Satisfaction thereof dated March 24. 1960, filed
for record March 31, 1960 and recorded in Sati$faction of Mortgage
Book 72, page 232 etc. in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County; and
WHEREAS, saId John H. Coker died on September 9, 19S8,
leaving his wife, the unders!gn~d Velma E. Coker, him surviving;
NOW TrlEREFORE, I, the said Velma E. Coker, as the sole
holder of any interelSt in and to the aforesaid mortgage, do hereby
on this~__day of August, 1961, acknowledge fuli payment. and
satisfaction of that mortgage and hereby direct the Clerk of the
SGid Circuit Court to fully c~cel the same of record~
