mortgage coverinq the real property hereinafter described
now held by The lbatern Savings Bank of Buffalo, Bt.1ffalo,
New York, subject to prorations for taxes and prepaid in-
surance premiu. on that property at the time of consummating
such BAle, and upon the parties of the, second part assuming
and agreeing to pay said mortgage indebtedness 1 and
