This is to certify that on Octuber 22, 192i~ an
estlmat~ of cost lien was filed against Lot 19,
Stouder's SID in the name of East Coast G~cery
Ccmvany in Lien Book 1, Page 407, in the IDnount
of $283,53 for paving, etc., South 11th Str~et.
Our records indicate this should have been Lot 20,
Stouder I s S/D in the name of' Margaret Coffee Ulrich,
due to the fact that Lot 20 is on South 11th Street
and Lot 19 1s on South 10th Street.
An actual cost lien was filed against Lot 19,
Stouder's SID in the name of East Coast Grocery
Com~ny in Lien Book 2, Page 48, in the amount
of ~224.44 for paving, etc., South 11th Street.
This also should have been Lot 20 instead of Lot 19.
This office 1s therefore of the opinion that there
should have been only o~e lien filed against Lot 19,
Stouder's SID for the paving, etc. of South 10th
Street which was filed in Lien Book 3~ Page 58, in
the amo~~t of $727.00 and released on June 22, 1932.
