in.trumeot. be1ng reeord~d in the public recorda of St. Lucie
County, Florida,
AND WHEREAS. all of the foregoing indebtednels evidenced by
notes and secured by the said mortgages were consolidated, modified
and extended under and by virtue of an agreement dated December
9, 1959, between the parties and recorded in the public recorda of
St. Lucie County, in mortgage book 161 at page 495 resulting in
a single mortgage lien sa of the said date of recording in the
principal amount of $500900.00 and which said principal indebtedness
has been reduced at the time of this agreement to the principal
sum of $450s000.00.
AND WIEREAS, Sargeant Citrus Products, Inc., a Florida
corporation, is in possession of the said lands under and by virtue
of an unrecorded Agreement for Deed executed August 19, 1960,
ArID WHEREAS. Fra~ces Kerr Keister and James V. Keister have
been di.vorced from each other by Finsl Decree of Divorce of the
Circuit Court of the 15th Judi,cial Circuit in and for Braward
County, Florida, on June 8, 1960, the said :Final Decree of Divorce
appearing of public record in the offices of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of BrowBrd COUrlty in Chancery Order Book 219 at page
1~97 .
