paid to the Prudential In8urance Coapany of America, and in consideration
of the .odification of the ter.. of ea1d MOrtgage by The Prudentfal Insurance
Coapany of AMerica, it is covenanted and agreed that said mortgage be and

a loan aade by a racogn1zed Production Credit Association coverir;.lg any citrus
crop CORing into exist~nce by bloom prior to any enforce.ant or foreclosure
proceediug under the said agree.ent for deed d~tGd August 19, 1960, The
above subordination 1. further conditio~ed as tollow~;
(a) That each crop loan aade by Production Credit Association
shall cover only the current citru~ crop and sh~11 not encu.ber future crops
