wherein whioh deed 1s recorded in Deed Book 141, page 217, of the

public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which deed of conveyance
was from Amber Louise Hevener Bardin and I, M. Bardin, her husband,
to Ralph A. Gustafson, said deed of conveyance covering the following
described property, to-wit:
Lot Six (6) of Block Eight (8) of Biltmore Park,
as per plat of said subdivision on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to any reservations to the State of Florida in that
certain deed to said Amber Louise Hevener Bardin from
the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the
State of Florida dated April 9, 1946, recorded May 3rd,
1946 in Deed Book l~~, page )23, of the public records
of St, Lucie County, Florida.
This affiant further says that the said certificate of
acknowledgment is dated the 5th day of MarCh, 1948; that this is a
typographical error and the certificate should read March 6, 1948.
