corporate, created by the Acts of the Florida Legislature of 1949, with its
principal office in West Palm Beach, and whose Post Office Box is 1671,
West Palm Beach, of the County of Palm Beach, in the State of Florida, party
of the first part, and M. B. scorr and RITA L. SCOTT, his wife, Pinewood,
Fort Pierce, of the County of,St. Lucie and the State of Florida, parties
of the second part;
WITNESSBTB: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TIN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable con-
siderations, in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, haa remised, released and quit-claimed,
and by these presents does remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
partie~ of the second part, and their successors and assigns forever, the
fo~lowing described lands, situate, lying and being in the Cou~ty.of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
All that part of the existing Channel of Taylor Creek
in Government Lot 1, fractional Section 3, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, lying Westerly of the South-
westerly right of way line of the Old Dixie Highway as
now constructed and ..intained and Southerly of the
following specifically described line:
From the Northwest corner of said fractional
Section 3, bear South 890 55' 58" East along
the North line of said Section 3, a distance
of 548.76 feet to the Northeasterly right of
way line of the Old Dixie Highway; Thence,
South 20. 41' l~' East, along said right of
way line, a distance of 1320.68 feet; Thence,
South 690 18' 50" West, a distance of 30 feet
to the intersection thereof with the South-
westerly. right of way line of Old Dixie High-
way and the point of beginning; Thence,
continue South 690 18' 50" West, a distance
of 3S feet to the point of curvature of a
curve to the right, having a central angle of
30. 20' 39" and a radius of 406.58 feet; Thence,
Nortbwesterly along the arc of said curve to the
intersection thereof with the Southwesterly baak
of Taylor Creek and the end of the specifically
dascr:l.bed line.
