1961, Between walt B. Bruner and Elizabeth H. Bruner, his wife, of
the County of Martin and State of ~loridaJ parties of the first part,
and Chester I. 'Belt and L. Maurine Belt, his wife, a8 an estate by

Michigan, of the County of Genesee and State of Michigan, parties of
the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten ('10.00) Dollars and other
valuable considerations. to them in hand paid by the said parties of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, the following lot, piece or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and
State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 33, Block 19, of River Park Unit 2, a sub-
division according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 10, page 72, St. Lucie County, Flo-
rida, public records; Subject, however, to all
restrictions, reservations and easements of re-
cord.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the
title to said land, and will rlefend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS wHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have
