on file in the Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Mort~agorl
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortga~e
now enr.umbering this prop~rty to the Mortgagee herein, which
Mortg&gee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the
said first ~ortgage. Failure on the part of the Mort~8gors herein
to comply with this or the following requirements hereby authorize
the Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mort~age
as hereinafter provided,
It is further agreed that the MortgaQors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed agBinst the above property
for a period of two years fro. the, above date.
Also the r.ortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
mortgage now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein will 8110w the
~ortgaQee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortpage on this property in any way so lon9 as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The Mort~agors further a~ree to
sign any papers at First Federal S8vin~s and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce. which might be necessary to the refinanrinp or re-
arran~in~ of said first mortgage.
It is further apreed that the mortragors herein will at any time,
at the request ~f the mortgagee herein, acknowledge this mortgag~
and the amount of remaining principal due hereunder in writinp,
on a form provided for this purpose by the mortpa~ee. The
purpose of these statements will be for annual audit by special
-audit prior to sale of this mort~age. <
