sum specified in the promissory note hereafter described,
received from GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC.,

a Florida corporation, the mortgagee, hereby on this -19th
day of May, 1961, mortgages to the Mortgagee, the re21
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows:

That part of the South 500 feet of the South-
west one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter
lying South of Winters Creek in Section 22,
Township 37 South, Range 40 East. Together
with all riparian rights belonging thereto
or otherwise appertaining; containing five
acres more or less, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at a point on the South line of
Section 22, Township 37 South, Range 40
East, which point is distant 220 feet East
of the Southwest corner of the Southeast'
one-quarter of said Section, thence running
along South line of said Section Easterly
1100 feet to the Southeast corner of South-
west one -quarter of the Southeast one-
quarter of said Section; thence Northerly
and along the East line of said Southwest
one-quarter of Southeast one-quarter of
said Section, a distance of 500 feet to
creek or stream; thence, in a general
Southern and Southwesterly direction along
the meanderlngs of said creek or stream

said Southwest quarter of the Southeast
